My name is Jasper van Luit and I am an award-winning illusionist and communication expert, with my team building workshop Magic In Business I ensure connection, a positive atmosphere and willingness to change!

Within the team building workshop I reveal the secrets of a successful team. In addition, the participants test their communication skills in a hilarious but positive way, and the ingenuity and creativity of colleagues are tested. Furthermore, eye-opening observation exercises are used to determine how sharp colleagues are.

A bit about me

Hi, I’m Jasper van Luit—a communications expert, illusionist, team trainer and passionate speaker.

As a child, I was a big dreamer. Nothing seemed impossible, too unrealistic, or out of reach. The future felt like one big adventure, and I knew early on that I wanted to be an illusionist, performing around the world.

Children have this incredible gift, the ability to dream without limits. That’s the magic of childlike wonder. But as we grow older, we tend to lose that natural sense of boundless optimism and belief in ourselves. We start to believe that certain things are "impossible" or "unrealistic."

From a young age, we're taught to think inside the box, to follow rules, and to color within the lines. We're told what’s possible, but also what isn’t. Slowly, these limitations begin to cloud our thinking, making us forget how to dream big.

The real magic is in rediscovering that special ability as an adult—the ability to embrace those bold, even seemingly impossible ideas, and give them a chance to become a reality.
